糾糾葛屨，可以履霜？
摻摻女手，可以縫裳？
要之襋之，好人服之。
好人提提，宛然左辟？
佩其象揥，維是褊心，是以為刺。
草鞋
細薄的草鞋，怎麼可以踏寒霜？
纖纖的手指，怎麼可以縫衣裳？
我已弄好了腰身和衣領，婦人可以試新裝。
婦人悠閒又舒適，左轉右轉擺姿勢？
髮上帶了象牙飾，只是偏心又自私，
寫這首詩，刺她一刺。
Straw Slippers
How can you walk on frosty ground with straw slippers?
How can you sew clothing with delicate fingers?
I have now finished the collar and waist.
Come, madam, try on your new dress.
She is relaxed and comfortable, with an ivory hair pin.
Turning round and round looking at her reflection.
She is pretty, yet she is mean and selfish.
This poem is meant to stab her with wit.
