ps: I'm currently working in Switzerland and I'm going to collect the donation from people I know in Switzerland among friends, office colleagues and family members.
I was told that I can send the money to Red Cross local account, in my case would be red cross Switzerland, but address to Red Cross,Taiwan, R.O.C.
