為確保水質，中國與俄羅斯今日簽署共同監控雙方邊界河川的正式協定。因去年11月化學工廠爆炸，100噸的硝基苯流入松花江，造成兩國邊界流域嚴重汙染。
China and Russia Sign River Monitoring Pact
China and Russia today signed a formal agreement to jointly monitor cross-border rivers to ensure water quality. The pact follows an explosion and chemical spill into the Songhua River last November that polluted the cross-border waterway with 100 metric tons of nitrobenzene.
