Oceans Protection Bill Introduced in U.S. Congress
As the 110th Congress opened today with Democrats in control of the House and the Senate for the first time in 12 years, a bipartisan oceans protection bill was introduced in the House. It would establish a National Oceans Policy and principles for use and management of U.S. coasts, oceans, and Great Lakes.
