Key roles and responsibilities of the Sustainable Consulting Analyst, Sustainability Asia:
I. Directly support consulting assignments and contribute to the authorship of consulting reports and thought leadership collateral.
II. Be responsible for research and analysis of green building and sustainability issues and market trends
III.Maintain and enhance marketing and business development collateral for the team
Essential Duties:
1)To support a wide range of sustainability consulting services to building owners and occupiers:
- Conduct desktop research and analysis for sustainability consultancy reports / presentations
- Support the execution of consultancy projects ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality research output
- Assist in preparing presentations, consultancy reports, and proposal drafts
- Provide continuous support, follow up and maintain good relationship with clients
2)To assist the Director, Sustainability Asia programs in developing, maintaining, and delivering business development collateral relating to sustainability consulting services (including capability statements, online content, newsletters, thought leadership and market research).
3)To carry out any other related assignments as directed by the Director, Sustainability Asia, working as part of a cohesive team to identify opportunities where sustainability may be used to further or develop the Company’s business.
Requirements 徵才條件
- University graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience (preference given to sustainable business or real estate degrees)
- Fluency in spoken and written English essential.
- Relevant professional qualifications preferred (e.g. Certified Carbon Auditor, ISO 14001 Assessor, LEED Green Associate. AIEMA)
- Knowledge of standard sustainability concepts and programs such as GRI, CDP, carbon accounting/trading, ISO 14001, GRESB
- Familiar and capable with research techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under direction while being a collaborative member of a close-knit team
- Detail oriented and focused on delivering quality results and value to clients
- Able to travel within Asia for business development and project execution requirements
