【計畫內容】
本計畫主要是跟韓國志工組織IWO及Pangyo青年中心一起合作。Pangyo青年中心長期致力於青年教育、健康與青年福利等議題。中心鄰近首爾，非常便利，但同時也接近自然，中心設備包含圖書館、游泳池、運動場、研討室，及音樂廳等，讓青年可以探索及發展多元的興趣。
台韓雙邊文化交流計畫，將由認識韓國泡菜文化對於韓國的意義與重要性，到教導青年如何製作韓國泡菜，並於製作泡菜後，拜訪獨居或貧窮老人，分享韓國泡菜，為長輩帶來寒冬的溫暖。
另一方面為了讓青年更瞭解韓國文化，本計畫也將帶領青年拜訪城南市立藝術中心，學習韓國流行文化、舞蹈及拜訪城南市政府，瞭解政府如何推動青年事務等。

【費用與名額】10人，註冊費新台幣5000元。
本會僅收註冊費，食宿韓國報到時繳交，其餘費用機票與保險，志工得依據個人需求，由本會另提供參考資料，讓志工在台洽詢辦理。志工參與此計畫總費用粗估約22191元（機票約12000、食宿150美金約4800、註冊費5000、保險GOTA400萬為391）

南韓城南市隸屬韓國京畿道中央的一個市，位於韓國首都首爾江東區以南，比鄰首爾，是韓國首都圈的其中一個高速發展的新城市http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seongnam
* About Pangyo Youth Centre
The local host organization is a “Pangyo Youth Center”. They are focused on total youth care, such as education, health, and welfare. It’s located in outskirt of Seoul and very convenient to access to Seoul and also nice place to feel the nature behind the main building. This facility has library, swimming pool, gym, community room, music hall, and those conditions help local youth to experience variety programs.
3. Back ground and Aims
Taiwan and Korean have many common things in various fields such as history, politics and cultures. Those countries are close but there is not active youth exchange between them. VYA, IWO and Pangyo youth center keen to develop the relationship you exchange between through voluntary service and cultural exchange for 6 days.
Aims
1) To develop the understanding between Taiwan and Korean among youth
2) To help local people who need hands during a winter
3) To explore Korean heritages
4. Programme
Participants will mainly participate in cultral exchage program through workshop for making Kimchi and some volutary work.

* Making Kimchi
Kimchi is the representative food of Korea. It’s made by chinese cabbages and red pepper chilly powder and etc.
5. Food& Accommodation
Accommodation is the dormitory in Kachun University which is one of the biggest universities in Sengnam. The facilities are well equipped for students, so participants don’t need to bring any blanket or sleeping bag. It takes about half an hour and host organization will arrange the transportation. Participants will have breakfast and dinner in dormitory and lunch will be prepared in youth center.
6. Pick up & Delivery service
Taiwan participants will be picked up in the airport and also the air port bus service will be provided to airport in the last day of the project. All are free.
7. Insurance
IWO provides insurance for the participants. However, IWO will cover only for miner accidents, sicknesses that could occur during the project and it doesn’t cover all expenses according to the law. It does not cover for dental treatments, illnesses and loss of personal properties. Therefore, we recommend the volunteers to bring their own insurance for those purposes.
8. Youth and Participation fee 韓國期間額外食宿費用
We expect 10 youth from Taiwan, 5 from Japan and 10 from Korean.
For extra fee to cover the food and accommodation during the project, participant has to pay 150 USD per person and required to pay on arrival.
9. Cooperation
This project will helped by Sengnam city (Local government) kindly.
