Supreme Court Will Decide EPA's Authority Over Climate Gases
On Wednesday, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a case that tests the authority of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to regulate greenhouse gases from motor vehicles. Emitted by the combustion of oil and gas, greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide are linked to global warming.
