美國聯邦地方法院昨日做出裁示，指出自2001年開始生效的無道路保育法案（Roadless Area Conservation Rule），應適用於國家森林無道路區上，數以百計石油與天然氣開採井，禁止其道路的興建。
U.S. Court Bans Oil and Gas Roads on Roadless National Forests
A federal district judge ruled yesterday that the Roadless Area Conservation Rule should be applied to prohibit road construction on hundreds of oil and gas leases issued on national forest roadless areas since the rule was first enacted in 2001.
