美國亞歷桑那州當地部落及環保團體，因反對亞歷桑那州斯諾博滑雪勝地的升級計畫，及使用回收廢水來製造舊金山峰的人造雪，而對美國林務局提出的訴訟於12日敗訴。美國地方法院法官羅森布雷特不顧部落、環保人士及公眾的抗議，做出此一判決。
Court Allows Use of Reclaimed Wastewater on San Francisco Peaks
Tribal nations and environmental groups have lost a lawsuit against the U.S. Forest Service over upgrades to the Arizona Snowbowl ski resort and the use of reclaimed wastewater to make snow on the San Francisco Peaks. U.S. District Court Judge Paul Rosenblatt made the decision on January 12 despite protests by tribes, environmental and community groups.
