Federal prosecutors have decided not to file criminal charges against three government workers who allegedly falsified water research data on the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository project. A report by Department of Energy Inspector General Gregory Friedman released Tuesday stops short of recommending criminal prosecutions.
