美國聯邦法院日前發現，環保署在管制有毒空氣污染以保護大眾健康方面「嚴重怠忽職守」。美國哥倫比亞特區法院審理環保團體山巒協會（Sierra Club）對環保署署長強森（Stephen Johnson）之訴訟案後，下令環保署發布數十項應發布而未發布的有毒物質排放管制規定。
U.S. EPA Found Delinquent in Air Toxics Enforcement
A federal court has found the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's efforts to protect public health from toxic air pollution to be "grossly delinquent." Deciding a lawsuit brought by the Sierra Club against EPA Administrator Stephen Johnson, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ordered the EPA to issue dozens of overdue air toxics controls.相關文章
