New Reservoir Will Funnel Colorado River Water to Nevada
A bill that directs the Bureau of Reclamation to construct a new reservoir to capture billions of gallons of Colorado River water requested by Arizona and California users but not used, was signed into law today by president George W. Bush. The water would otherwise flow down the Colorado River into Mexico.
