歐盟25國會員國因應氣候變遷各自擁有減少二氧化碳排放計畫，依其不同的排放標準、語言及經濟情勢。為了說明二氧化碳排放程序，歐盟執委會於9日提出一套標準表來示範，包括計畫排放標準等訊息。
European Carbon Emissions Trading Enters Crucial Second Phase
Twenty-five European Union member states - 25 different national plans for reducing carbon dioxide emissions linked to climate change with different sets of expectations, different languages, different economic circumstances. To clarify the process, the European Commission Monday proposed a set of standardized tables for presenting information such as projected emissions.
