珍古德博士獲頒聯合國教科文組織60年慶勳章

著名靈長動物學家、人道主義者以及聯合國和平使者的珍古德（Jane Goodall）博士，18日獲贈聯合國教科文組織（UNESCO）60週年特別勳章，表揚她對保育非洲稀有大猩猩的長年奉獻。珍古德博士工作內容廣涵其聞名且開創的黑猩猩研究與保育、以及永續發展計劃和幼年教育等。

Dr. Jane Goodall renowned primatologist, humanitarian, and United Nations Messenger of Peace was presented with the UNESCO 60th Anniversary Medal on Tuesday for her lifelong dedication to the preservation of Africa’s endangered apes. Dr. Goodall’s　work encompasses her famous, groundbreaking chimpanzee research as well as conservation and sustainable development programs and youth education.
